Interview
1st. Wunderlic Test which was easy. Then about a 45 minute phone interview which went very well. So well in fact that the interviewer was talking about speeding up the process of the training program. Then they mail you a bunch of personality profile tests. The strange thing is, during the interview they talk about technology, yet a major portion of the initial process is done through Fed-ex overnight. Strange, considering there are a variety of web-based tests out there. Not to mention the waste of money with Fed-ex. I didn't make it past the tests. I found it very strange that the company puts so much weight on the personality tests. Stellar interview, crushed the Wunderlic, Exceptional work history, impeccable references, high GPA...didn't matter.

Question 1
The profile test said you are xxxxxx, and the profile test is always 100%, so you must have lied.
Several interviews trying to gauge personality and see if you are fit to run your own business. On campus interview, in person tour, call with company psychologist, and interview with regional manager.
The initial interview was good. It was a get to know you type of conversation. Next steps were explained. You will not go further until you complete the assessments. The assessments were pretty low quality, and there was plenty of questions to be raised regarding the data given. I personally never heard back after the assessment.
