First interview was a phone call asking basic behavioral questions and general interview checks. Next, passed on to the assessments which are about 3 tests that each take 30-45mins. They are related to math skills and behavioral skills. I have not gone further than the assessments yet, but I assume a final interview after the assessments if passed.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you went above and beyond for a customer.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Hajoca Corporation (New York, NY) in May 2024
Interview
The interview process was pretty straightforward. I applied through Handshake and got an email from a recruiter inviting me to a phone interview. The interview went well and included typical questions like “What are your strengths and weaknesses?” and “Tell me about a time you took initiative to solve a problem at work.” It lasted about 45 minutes.
After that, I was sent several online assessments, including a numerical and verbal reasoning test (basically an IQ test) and a personality assessment. The reasoning test was outdated, confusing, and didn’t feel like an accurate measure of ability. The personality test claimed to assess leadership and interpersonal style, but it was clear they expected a certain type of response rather than honesty. If you’re naturally reserved or shy, answering truthfully could work against you. Overall, the assessments felt frustrating and irrelevant to my actual skills. I didn’t hear back after taking them.
