Interview was hosted at school job center. Interviewer was professional yet relaxed. Majority of the interview was informal followed by the normal interview questions. After interview you take a personality test which ultimately decides if you go to the next step in the process.

Several interviews trying to gauge personality and see if you are fit to run your own business. On campus interview, in person tour, call with company psychologist, and interview with regional manager.
The initial interview was good. It was a get to know you type of conversation. Next steps were explained. You will not go further until you complete the assessments. The assessments were pretty low quality, and there was plenty of questions to be raised regarding the data given. I personally never heard back after the assessment.
