First round phone interview, then we went into a 2nd round of interviews which was a panel interview. The last stage is touring the facility to see if I like it, and negotiating an offer.

Met with supervisor in person, asked a lot of normal questions. Took aptitude test that had nothing to do with the actual job and was never brought up again.
