I was applied as experienced candidate (7 months) , actually it was a walk-in interview along with fresher, but as a experienced candidate I had HR discussion at first , then technical written test (without aptitude/reasoning) They have been rejecting candidates based on written test.I was waiting for my result I performed moderate in written test (neither good not bad) , so they put my result on 'hold', and HR assured me that I will be informed about the result in next week whether it may be positive or negative. I assured that with HR 100%. Till now I haven't get result from that company regarding my result Personally I didn't feel its good to 'hold' my result, I would be happier if they rejected me based on my performance in written test. Putting result on 'HOLD' without technical interaction made me feel bitter. I feel companies should stop putting result on hold (instead they should have rejected) before conducting face-to-face interview with a candidate. In next few days I got 4 interview calls, I got selected in a mid-size company, clearing a really tough and challenging interview, waiting for my offer and appointment letter.
