I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Halliburton (Pittsburgh, PA) in Sep 2012
Interview
A fairly standard phone interview with some general/behavioral questions. A lot of time was spent on the job type and my interests as they pertained to the company. Seemed like they wanted to hire for attitude and fit over experience or skill-sets. After phone interview was invited for on-site group interview with other candidates. A site-tour and 1:1 Q&A session was also included.
HR scheduled a Teams interview with my manager. It took about 30 mins and I got a verbal offer after about 2 weeks. After that, I did a few rounds of medical check-ups, which took a few weeks. Then got a contract after that was passed.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Halliburton in Jun 2022
Interview
1st round was basic resume questions and more info about the job. 2nd round was behavioral questions and lasted about an hour. It's a really easy interview if you practice.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Halliburton (Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi) in Mar 2022
