Interview
There were two rounds:
1. 30-40 students were shortlisted from a batch profile of around 100 students. Details included GPA, Project, Position of Responsibility, 10th and 12th percentage.
2. Group Discussion Round: Two topics were put forward to each group. (1 Technical and 1 Abstract/Non-Technical). Finally 7 students were shortlisted and the final results came out after 5 months

It was an exam divided into English, mechanical, and IQ sections, where each part tested different skills, including language comprehension, engineering fundamentals, and logical reasoning, requiring focus, problem-solving ability, and time management under strict conditions.

was good and useful, asked different questions and really tested both my technical and HR knowledge. asked me various question and made me feel comfortable at the same time it was really intense.
1 test and 1 interview, first was ro talk to ANCABE and then got called in to an interview with my manager and mentor.
They liked my cv and history and hired me for a year
