Interview
Over the phone we went through my background and chat about what the expectations are. Fairly easy for me because I was accepting a job one level below my past experience which would have been cheap and effective for my employer in a busy time. Ne immigrant at the time.
2 Rounds, one via phone and one on Zoom. First was behavioral and zoom was role specific for Halliburton: asking where you saw yourself at the company in 10 years.
