Entire process took about 1 month. 2 rounds of interview. 1 interview with local manager and 1 teleconference interview with US manager. Interview with managers were pretty fast but HR took some time to prepare for the package and were quite unwilling to negotiate.

On campus interview, went in and lasted about 45 minutes. Very easy. They just asked me questions about my resume and how willing I was to travel. Then they said they would contact me about the next steps in the hiring process.
