Sudden job offer rescinded without any compensation or clarification
This happened one month after I accepted the offer and was close to resigning from my current position. It was a sudden call followed by an immediate rescindment letter, without even a clarification from the manager. I had to reject other offers, inform my current supervisor, and notify my relatives about the decision. Everyone knows how much a candidate can lose in such a situation.
