He told me he was impressed with my resume. He asked me a few questions from a paper he had in front of him and told me that he liked me and would like for me to stay for the orientation.

Positive Experience. The staffs were kind, and there were no delay or rash moments during the interview. The questions are really generic, and not long. It is not meant to be a hard interview, but I felt that the interview was not that important for the job decision and that they have already decided who will get the job.

When they interview you, they are looking if you mainly have had customer service. Other than that it's pretty easy to get in. They explain all the benefits the company has to offer but when you actually work for them you don't really get the benefits they bribed you with at your interview.
