Applied online and the following week, they called to ask a few simple questions and schedule an assessment test. I was told that I would need to pass the assessment with a score of 85% or higher to be eligible for an interview right after. The assessment test was very basic and consisted of questions asking about the airport, basic math ( add, subtract, divide, multiply), military times, cities and countries, and reading a short article to answer questions. After passing the assessment, they called me in for an interview which was very easy and very short. They were very nice and it was a relaxed environment. Asked basic interview questions. After the interview, I was told they would call me to let me know the following day. Two hours later, I received a call with an offer. I declined the offer because I felt overqualified for what they had expected me to do for them.
