I applied online through Hallmark web page. The process took 4+ weeks. I got a phone call from HR and invited me to interview after I applied online two weeks ago. At first, HR will give you a test (must 80% and up) and there is limited time. After you turn it in, HR will ask you to wait outside until she scored your test and you will have a interview one by one. If you passed, HR will let you know the time for your second interview from account manager (account means airlines). Mine was on the same day. I took test at around 1030, first interview around 1300 and my last interview at 1600. The second interview is a group of 4 of us. At that time we had 3 manager. One of manager will ask us questions, we all have to answer all the questions. Then they asked you to go home and wait for the phone call. I got offered 5 days later.

Good, just about how I passed the quiz and my availability. I had to drive for 30 minutes and the parking was not free at first but the second time i went, they were able to validate my parking ticket.
