I applied online and received a call for an interview a day or two later. Once screened by HR, I was invited to come into the office for an interview. I had to take a test (included math problems, military time, geography, writing a story using words given on sheet, and matching).
If you pass the test (85% or above), you will then have a formal interview with management. They will ask you about your previous employment and ask questions to get to know you. When interviewing, make sure to smile a lot.
