I had to complete a 45 min written assessment. Then went on to face to face interview. The interviewer was very pleasant and I felt very comfortable talking with her.

I applied on line,they called me 8 day's later,they asked for a Phone Interview , I said yes,40 minutes long,They asked to come in the next day for a Pre-Screening Test, easy 45 minutes long, then they went over the test, I passed, you need at least an 85%, they asked me to go along to go over the test, then they ask many Q's, like Why do you want to work for the Airlines & Tell me a situation when you had a customer go crazy or that was unhappy, how did you handle it, They where really nice to me,Then I had a F2F interview, there were 4 other Applicants but they where in a separate group, as I was called alone a bit nervous I have to say. Everything went very well, they told me to be Very Very Patient, it's a process and that they will call or E-mail me either way to let me know. They asked if I'd agree to do a Drug Test and Background Check , I said yes. After doing a lot of research on line I noticed that this can take up to 2 months in some cases, I'm keeping my fingers crossed. the whole process is 2/3 Hours long. it's only been less then 2 wk's, they told me just be really really patient.
