Arrive 10 minutes before interview and greeted by friendly HR staff, afterwards you take a english and math assesment its an easy test, they will let you know the result 30 minutes later if you passed or not
The interview is group style they will read you some questions on customer service to answer aftewards HR and airline business manager will step outside and make decision you will know in about 15 minutes if you are hried or not, after that they schedule you for drug test the following day and attend orientation couple days later and you get badged then start training 3 weeks later
