Hallmark Consultant interview questions

The process was months long and communication from the team was very unreliable and did not match what they had said or previously emailed. I had a 1 hour phone screening, then a second round interview that was 1 hour via Teams. Then there was a several week pause in communications, but I was hopeful after hearing there would be two third round interviews, which were an hour each, again during the work day. After my fourth interview, I was completely disregarded and ghosted by the hiring team, only to be told they were pursuing an internal candidate after a month of no communication since the last interview.
