All skype interviews since I was in London at the time - The HR team members I worked with were very nice and accommodating, they were willing to work with my schedule since I was skype interviewing from London. I did my first interview with an HR member, then a second interview with two members the Design Engineering department. The questions were fairly routine but overall the interview was casual, everyone was upbeat and engaged.
