Pretty standard. Except that one of the people interviewing me said, "I think this job might kill your spirit" -- which you know is just a GLOWING endorsement for the company and the position. This person was "let go" so it's possible his job was killing his spirit. Noted. It took a while after the initial interview to get the offer. I think it was about 20 days.
