Made 1 out of 2 interviews. I received a phone call from a woman with a very thick accent. I could not understand any thing that she was saying, and asked her multiple times to repeat. This aggravated the both of us. By the end of the interview, I knew I was not receiving a call back.

Why do you think you are a good candidate for this position?
It was super chill. It was with my hiring supervisor and was very basic interview questions. Then she gave a lot of information about the role and expectations and how crazy Christmas hets
Interview involved getting to know me, what experience do I have related to customer service and how do I deal with different situations. It was easy and pretty straight-forward. Great chat.
Very friendly. Small office within the store. Asked about how I'd handle various guests in the store with different needs or emotional states. Got to meet different employees as they passed through.
