Personable, one to one with the manager. Interview was short, and sometimes may be offered a job on the spot. Manager will ask if you have any previous work experience. Generally will get an idea of how often you are able to work in store, and if you are flexible, able to stand long hours.

It was super chill. It was with my hiring supervisor and was very basic interview questions. Then she gave a lot of information about the role and expectations and how crazy Christmas hets
Interview involved getting to know me, what experience do I have related to customer service and how do I deal with different situations. It was easy and pretty straight-forward. Great chat.
Very friendly. Small office within the store. Asked about how I'd handle various guests in the store with different needs or emotional states. Got to meet different employees as they passed through.
