I applied online. I interviewed at Hallmark in Jul 2018
Interview
I applied online and was contacted by phone a few days later. The interview was rushed and the manager did most of the talking. I was offered the position on the initial call and was told to watch for onboarding instructions on the Hallmark website. The status didn't change for almost a week. I inquired and was suddenly rejected for the position. Turns out they decided NOT to hire me and "go in another direction."

Question 1
Why Hallmark?
Do you intend to stay for a long period of time?
Very easy. I had a scheduled phone appointment. I was asked very basic situational questions. I was offered a job at the end of the call. It was a good job.
A 15-minute phone interview is usually a quick, casual chat to see if you're a good fit before moving forward. It starts with a short intro and maybe a little small talk, then they’ll ask you to talk about your background and experience. After that, they might throw in a couple questions about your skills or how you’ve handled things at work. They’ll also tell you a bit about the job and the company. Near the end, you’ll get a chance to ask a question or two, and they’ll let you know what comes next. It’s more of a vibe check than a deep dive, so no need to stress too much.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hallmark (Garner, NC) in Sep 2023
Interview
It was a conversational phone interview manner. The interviewer was kind and informational. They were easy to talk to and it was short and to the point. They asked me when I would be available to start work and if I could do the job duties.
