I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Hallmark (Saint Louis, MO) in Aug 2018
Interview
Met two recruiters at a career fair on my college campus, interviewed the day after. They were very friendly and it felt more like a conversation than an interview. Since I began the interview process early on, it was a long wait until actually hearing back from them.
There were 3 calls in total: 1 recruiter call, 2 separate calls with 2 managers. All behavioral, some questions about technical abilities like analysis and business knowledge. Each call was around 30 minutes.
The interview process took place on Microsoft Teams. Two different interviews with two people each interview. They were very nice and the questions were pretty standard. They wanted to know about my creative process and how I work in groups, etc.
face to face, with easy communication and reliance. it was not long too the conversations went on smoothly and was quick. i was able to understand the role of mt job and what is expected of me too
