I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Hallmark (Minneapolis, MN)
Interview
Hallmark Business Connections response (subsidiary of Hallmark Cards): Phone screen with recruiter, then a few days later a phone interview with the IT Director for that department. Then about a week later, a 4 hour interview with various Directors and Leads from different areas, plus the CIO, each for about 30 minutes.
What is important to know is that they were not honest or upfront about the company or the job. The responsibilities listed and discussed were not accurate, the expectation for evenings/weekends was never discussed, and a significant destabilizing factor to their organization at the time should have been mentioned at least in the last round. I was blindsided when I started which was hard to recover from.
