The interviewer contacted me and was very friendly. She first introduced herself, told me about my area’s supervisor, and explained the job description. This included pay rate, territory for stocking cards, and what I would be doing during the day. Afterwards she lives on to interview questions. There were several questions, however they all applied to situations I’ve encountered, or how I would handle it. Most were common sense, but others I had to think about my past experiences and improvise. Studying helped! After I was done she asked me if I was interested in the position still, and after I said “yes” she said “welcome to hallmark!” She gave me a start date for 2 weeks out, told me to complete the information forms that I would receive by email over the next few days (W2, etc.), and said that if my trainer and I can find a day and time we’re both available then I can start sooner, if not it will be starting on the 24th. I am excited to see how my training goes and I can’t wait to get started.
