The interview was not formal, I spoke with the manager and she must have really liked me because she told me how flexible the job was and I got a call back two weeks later and they offered me the job.
It was super chill. It was with my hiring supervisor and was very basic interview questions. Then she gave a lot of information about the role and expectations and how crazy Christmas hets
Interview involved getting to know me, what experience do I have related to customer service and how do I deal with different situations. It was easy and pretty straight-forward. Great chat.
Very friendly. Small office within the store. Asked about how I'd handle various guests in the store with different needs or emotional states. Got to meet different employees as they passed through.
