I applied online. I interviewed at Hallmark (Kansas City, MO)
Interview
The interview process was very thorough.
It required a telephone screen interview and then an invitation to the campus to meet with the direct hiring manager, the business unit director, and a variety of other Hallmark employees.
After completing the interview process, I felt I had a very thorough understanding of what the company culture was like and where the company was focusing.
Fairly straightforward and typical. I went Through several rounds in one day which made it nice and quick. Each interview were was trying to accomplish something different they all asked different questions.
