Interview
First he handed me a pen and said "Sell me this pen, go!" then I had to approach him as if he were a customer in the store and direct him to a specific section. Then I had to go in the back room and take an hour long personality quiz..
It was super chill. It was with my hiring supervisor and was very basic interview questions. Then she gave a lot of information about the role and expectations and how crazy Christmas hets
Interview involved getting to know me, what experience do I have related to customer service and how do I deal with different situations. It was easy and pretty straight-forward. Great chat.
Very friendly. Small office within the store. Asked about how I'd handle various guests in the store with different needs or emotional states. Got to meet different employees as they passed through.
