I applied online and got an email. Had a phone interview in November and continued to follow up leading into the holiday season. Was told they had deadlines to decide that kept being pushed back. Sent many follow-up emails to try and get a decision but eventually had another offer come up. It was about 2 months later that they finally told me they went another way.
There were 3 calls in total: 1 recruiter call, 2 separate calls with 2 managers. All behavioral, some questions about technical abilities like analysis and business knowledge. Each call was around 30 minutes.
The interview process took place on Microsoft Teams. Two different interviews with two people each interview. They were very nice and the questions were pretty standard. They wanted to know about my creative process and how I work in groups, etc.
face to face, with easy communication and reliance. it was not long too the conversations went on smoothly and was quick. i was able to understand the role of mt job and what is expected of me too
