The interview process was super easy. Filled out applications and was contacted the next day. i went in for an interview which was very casual like a conversation and was hired right on the spot.
Interview process is usually pretty chill. Just understand that Hallmark is a company that values their customers and making caring connections with them, and you'll do pretty good. Also helps if you have a bit of product knowledge and dress appropriately (business casual, no open toe shoes)

Why I was waiting for manager. I was looking around. As soon as a customer came in they were not Greeted. The Associate was like what are you here for. Most of the people were elderly came in there.
