Applied online, got a call back within 24 hours, went in for an in-person interview a week later. Had a good experience, thought I had the job for sure - bummed I didn't get it, but what's bad is that I never heard back from them after the in-person interview, so I had to assume I didn't get it after a month has gone by without any contact. A standard "thank you, but no thank you" email would have been nice.
