I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Hallmark (Orlando, FL) in Aug 2015
Interview
I have worked and interviewed at 3 different Hallmarks. Two of them were privately owned and one was corporate. The privately owned stores were very basic interviews. Not many questions and very informal. I went in jeans and a t-shirt. The corporate store was a little more structured but because of my experience it was slightly more casual. Definitely not something to stress over. Just appear put together and mention you are all about customer service.
