After they speak with you they ask you a series of questions. After they ask you all of their questions they do give you a test to take alone in a booklet on different situations and how you would handle them. For this test just be honest and awnser as best as you can. If you dont hear from them after a week its most likely you didnt past the test.

They ask you the basics. Why did you apply ? Why do you choose hallmark ? They ask about your past employment experience.
It was super chill. It was with my hiring supervisor and was very basic interview questions. Then she gave a lot of information about the role and expectations and how crazy Christmas hets
Interview involved getting to know me, what experience do I have related to customer service and how do I deal with different situations. It was easy and pretty straight-forward. Great chat.
Very friendly. Small office within the store. Asked about how I'd handle various guests in the store with different needs or emotional states. Got to meet different employees as they passed through.
