I applied online. I interviewed at Hallmark in Sep 2011
Interview
The process was very easy. At that time there was a question and answer looking for LP issues. Other then that usual questions were asked. Overall a good experience. Got to find out a lot about Hallmark. Very good people to people interaction. They seem to really care about their people which is unusual in retail. Use to churn and burn.
2 separate phone interviews were fantastic, and I felt they cared about my career and my history. Followed by an in person interview at the starbucks with the store manager.
