Brief phone screening occurred initially to vet out relevance for an interview. Once interview was set up, a short MS Excel competency test was administered via email attachment, testing basic knowledge of excel functions and capabilities. Interview was set in person with 4 or 5 managers and consisted of a 30 minute presentation consisting of instances where you've demonstrated cliche work characteristics relevant to the position such as analytical thinking skills, change management processes, process improvement, critical thinking, and so forth. The presentation is followed up by a panel interview that lasts about an hour. Overall pretty casual and laid back process, nothing too intimidating. Managers asked relevant questions to my work experience and seemed engaged for a panel interview, though some of the questions were basic, cliche "Name a time when you overcome a challenge." Quick turn around, still waiting on getting an offer or response after a week and a half.
