I submitted a resume to a job posting on Career Builder- it took some time to hear from the area manager but we finally set up a phone interview which was followed by a face to face interview- I then did another phone interview with her supervisor. The whole process took about 3-4 weeks and I was offered a position.

I felt all of the questions were relivant to the job.
Initially I found out about an open position through a friend that worked at Hanes. The interview and offer came within a two week period and was very efficient. Now all the positions are posted online so the process has changed and can take longer.
