I wish I had something positive to say about the interview process, but unfortunately I don't. The process was very unorganized from the start. I received an email from the recruiter saying she wanted to schedule an initial phone screen, which was great. Later that week, she got back to me saying that I could skip the phone screen and interview in-person with the hiring manager and a few other members of the team. I got an email about two days before I was scheduled to come in saying that my interview was cancelled because an internal candidate was in need of a job, so they gave them the position instead. Its ridiculous that a company as large as Hanes would be so unorganized and careless. It's extremely disrespectful to treat candidates that way, and says a lot about how the company operates.
