Super easy interview, really relaxed and friendly just wanting to get to know you as a person while also asking all questions required by company. The process was relatively simple, just applied online then got called in for an interview one on one in store with the manager.

Interview
Group interview at the Sheridan headquarters. General interview questions and introduction of the company and what they are. First we introduced ourselves and answered why we love Christmas. Then we answered more questions with the group. After we did a scenario in which a group of three people were to sell a product amongst themselves. Then we were asked which places which we were able to work at. We were then paired to learn about our partner and then sell that person to the interviewer. After that we had our one on one interviews. The interviewers were very nice and genuinely interested in their candidates.
