Previously there are 2 or 3 interviews. First Human Resources then Sales Director( your next boss). At the end the VP. tooo much...... Your need to know things such as KPI, Score cards, inventory, marketing issues that can affect a product, how to solve a problem with your customer, what is CPFR, what is and how to calculate a P&L, project management etc...what would you do with a new product that is not working on the sales floor. There is no one answer for all this , because every situation is different and therefore every solution.

The initial contact was from the HR TA screener. After that call, I met with the hiring manager briefly as another screening point before having the actual interviews scheduled. Then I met with five people from marketing and sales positons. They asked me standard interview questions. They were very friendly and offered great insight into the company.
