Hanesbrands Safety/Security/Environmental/Training Manager interview questions

I applied for a management position from within this company. With other jobs applied for there were at least one interview. This position was filled from outside the company. I have worked in a direct under position for this particular job for 11 years. The least I expected was a small consideration like an interview. There was no interview. As it stands now I feel the HBI does not respect my contribution, hard work and dedication to my current position.
