As many others have said below, the interview process was straightforward. I've had some wacky interviews where they ask you strange/irrelevant questions, so this one was refreshing. There's some sort of personality test and logic questions. Then, a phone conversation with the recruiter, who asks fairly typical questions (walk me through your resume and past experience, why this position, etc). For mine, I had to do a research assignment as well that others have described in more detail below, where you get some data and write a brief report about it. Finally, I interviewed with three people there, who again asked relatively straightforward questions. Everyone I engaged with was very friendly and helpful, especially the recruiter, who is awesome, made the process smooth, dealt will all my questions, etc. It was a very nice experience.
