A colleague and mentor of mine for the last 10 years Vineeta Mooganur joined the Hanover Research Sales Team as Chief Growth Officer. Due to budget cuts at the startup I was working at I found myself back on the job market. I immediately reached out to Vineeta to see if there were any openings that might fit my experience. I often look for tenure as a sign of a company being a great place to work. James met me with a smile and kindness paired with a strong desire to not only test if I was a good fit for the role, but to understand what I would need from Hanover to be successful and grow long-term. The level of honesty, sincerity, and true leadership I experienced in the interview process really confirmed that my mentor was right to choose Hanover, and it would be a great place to call home.
