Interview
Interview process was good in beginning:
1. Online Test
2nd and 3rd round was face to face inteview(Video Calling)
4th round was again a technical round with Hiring Manager:
This is Hiring manager was stupid. I cleared 2nd, 3rd round they already knew the technologies I have worked but after last round this Hiring Manager gave reply to HR that " He has not worked on Power BI"
Literally how one can take decision like this lol. Microsoft has 1000s of services and tools and technologies no one is supposed to learn everything. If he is a Hiring Manager he should understand that today's power may be useless tomorrow and new product may get launched they should focus on the learning capabilities of a person and whatever he/she has mentioned in resume know about it or not.
If I could learnt ADF, Python, Spark etc then why do these kind of people think that we can learn Power BI.

Tell them in beginning about the technologies you have worked on otherwise they may come with stupid reasons like " You have not worked on this or that".
