First was an aptitude round consisting of quantitative, logical, verbal and programming questions. There was also a short essay. Clearing that, there was a group discussion presided by the HR. Every one gets a chance to speak at the start of the GD introducing themselves and at the end of the GD, every one gets a chance to speak the conclusion one by one. English language fluency is a must. A few topics of the GD were: Should Modi be re-elected in 2019? Should printed cash be eliminated from circulation in the country? If you clear the second round, you’ll be given a form to fill with four subjective questions out of which there was one question “ If you get an offer from Microsoft/Google/Apple and Hanu, which offer will you accept and why, given the position is same” The number of interviews depends on your performance in the previous rounds. If you performed well, there will only be one interview by HR head Amit Kataria else there will be two or three rounds.
