Normal process usual interview like everywhere. Giving résumé, one on one interview with Hr and Director. Standard questions and for an intern they look more your motivation, passion. Be yourself. They call you back
Interview in two stages. First for the vacancy, then to discuss the conditions. The department director was very friendly and open to questions about the company, as was the HR representative.
