Each interviewer seemed distracted and there was a lot going on in their minds.
Overkill for the amount of pay and hours you have to work, three part, sometimes four part interview. I feel like it’s basically a way for department heads to stroke their ego.
The interview was straightforward essentially just going over experience and why I applied to this particular bank. They asked about communicative skills and ability to work in a faster paced environment
