Applied through their website and received an email from a recruiter about scheduling a phone interview. It was a simple fifteen minute conversation, then they invite you in for an in-person interview. When you get there, the recruiter gives you a quick tour throughout the office of the position you applied for. I interviewed with two of the member support supervisors. The first supervisor I talked to was really nice, bubbly, and engaging. Seemed like she was truly interested in my answers or what I was saying. The second supervisor.... Yeah, not so much. She came off a bit condescending. I felt like she had an attitude problem and gave me this passive aggressive look when she asked a question because she wanted to understand my responses more. On top of that, when I asked her how the culture was like working at her department, she had such a negative expression and said that the culture there was loud, young, and that no one on her team listens to her..... Not sure if she's supposed to be that upfront towards an candidate about her personal problems at work... But from what I assumed from her responses, she seemed unhappy and didn't like working there or her team so much. Yeah, her negative outlook rubbed off on me. Anyways, they say that during the next couple of days the recruiter will be in contact with you to provide feedback. I received an email from the recruiter asking when was the best available time to talk so he could provide feedback. I emailed him back, yet he never even called me or followed up with me. -__- Seems like my response was ignored and was over a week ago. At least send a rejection email to keep it more professional, especially if you can't even follow through with providing feedback like you said you would.
