I interviewed at HarbourVest Partners, LLC in Jul 2017
Interview
Received an email from HR about a phone interview, which we scheduled for a Thursday. Wednesday night at 9pm got an email saying they had to cancel. Second attempt at a phone interview was scheduled for 9am next week ( the time they wanted to call ). I waited until 9:30 and then called, got voicemail. At 11am, got an other email saying they had to reschedule. All the time, never apologizing for wasting my time
When in house inter happened, everyone was very friendly and warm. Office was beautiful and right near South Station. I met with 3 people, one from HR (who kept blowing me off) and two from the dept. I would work in. Bad sign was when one if the managers walked in and called me the wrong name.
Overall Interview was pleasant. One issue was the questions asked were very easy, as if just going through the motions. In my opinion, it appeared that they had already picked someone and Interviewed me just to fill up numbers.
