I interviewed for a marketing position at HarbourVest. The first video call and took about 20 minutes and we mainly discussed my career. The following day I got invited to attend a second interview with another manager. It also took place via video call and went well in my opinion. When I asked when I would hear from them, she said it’ll take about a week. After that interview, I never heard anything from HarbourVest again. The manager did not respond to multiple mails asking for the current status and simply ignored it. Very disrespectful.
