Reached out to directly by the recruiter on LinkedIn, submitted application, and set a 30 minute phone interview with a vice president. Afterwards, I thought the call went well with good conversation and flow, but after a week didn't hear back and any subsequent emails never generated any actionable steps. What others have said is true, if you don't hear back within a week or the pace is not quick, don't expect feedback, you'll get ghosted, and just be happy with no response... is still a response. Sad that it is a poor experience, but indicates overworked HR and lack of communication between departments.
